All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure of the details of your order please contact us for assistance.
PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Most Custom Orders are estimated to require 4-9 weeks for production depending on the item. Check the product page description or contact us with questions about processing time.
If your order is a rush, please contact us and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
FINE JEWELRY REPAIRS
Should you wish to make any alterations to your fine jewelry, or require a repair, please contact us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it has been determined that there is a manufacturer defect.
Please note:
- Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized
- Chains not available for resizing
- Rings can only be resized 1/2-1 size from original manufacturing
- SevenJune does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers
SevenJune does not offer a warranty, but if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we're happy to repair or replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Outside of the 3 day period, you can place a repair order by contacting us directly.
CONCIERGE & CUSTOM ORDERS
Payments and deposits for Concierge Requests and Custom Orders are accepted via wire transfer. Once your transfer is received, and your piece complete, your item will be shipped next day delivery. An adult signature is required for all next day deliveries.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. SevenJune LLC reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to the customer. In-stock items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) within 3-5 business days. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date.
In the unlikely event of a delay, please contact the shipper with your suppled tracking information. SevenJune LLC is not responsible for packages once shipped. Shipping destinations: United States.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 Business Days of receipt.
RETIRED PRODUCT
SevenJune LLC will not claim responsibility for any items that may become retired or completely discontinued without notice.
COMPLETED ORDERS
